Vale School District
Currently, there is a statewide indoor mask mandate in place in Oregon. This requirement applies to students, staff, and visitors in all public, private, and charter schools. The face covering requirement will be revisited by the state of Oregon on a monthly basis. Face masks will be available for students, staff, and visitors at all Vale School District buildings or an individual may bring their own face mask. Face shields may be worn if an individual cannot wear a face mask for a medical reason. Please contact the appropriate building administrator to discuss this option, if applicable.
Vale School District schools will be operating under a normal, full-day in-person learning model in 2021-2022. On July 1, 2021, the Vale School District Board of Directors adopted the following health and safety protocols for the upcoming school year:

Vale School District participates in SafeOregon, which is a program created for Oregon students, parents, school staff, community members and law enforcement officers to report and respond to student safety threats.
